Do I have to create a profile to make a purchase?
It is not necessary but we recommend you to do it since for future purchases you will already have all your data so it will be faster and easier. You will also have in your Profile your Order History and your Wish List.
What does “In Stock” and “Made to Order” mean?
In Stock or Made to Order is the status of each product, indicated on each individual product page. So the shipping and processing times depend on the jewels you’re ordering.
In Stock
You’ll see it above the “Add to Cart” button. It means we have your Susi Cala ready -to-go! Shipping timelines are usually within 2-3 business days from the date ordered.
Made to Order
You’ll see it above the “Add to Cart” button. It means we need to craft the jewel since it’s being made specially for you. It will take more time to be processed. We will send you an email letting you know how long it will take to make your Susi Cala once your order has been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Kindly note that we work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible so we may not be able to cancel your order.
Can I change the delivery address?
